Former Ghana U20 star, Samuel Abbey Ashie-Quaye has parted ways with Lithuanian outfit Futbolo klubas Babrungas.
The 24-year-old terminated his contract with the club after a mutual agreement between the two parties.
Ashie-Quaye signed a one-year deal to join the club in February but after two appearances in the league, the AFCON U20 winner decided to part ways with the team.
"Cooperation with defender from Ghana - Samuel terminated by mutual agreement. Thank you for your great contribution to the team's results in the first round and good luck. Thank you for all effort and good luck, Samuel," wrote Babrugas, confirming his departure.
The versatile wing-back is now free to join any club with reports indicating interests from some Ghana Premier League clubs.
He previously played for Accra Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League.
