University of Leicester and Alumni Professorial lecture to be held in Accra

The University of Leicester and its Ghana Alumni Chapter, in partnership with the British Council Ghana, is inviting its members and other UK Universities Alumni group members to join the Professorial Lecture and Networking Cocktail Reception this summer.

This event will be held from 6 to 8 pm on 29th August 2024 (Thursday) at the British Council, Accra.

A statement issued in Accra is inviting various UK University Alumni and Professional Bodies as well as the Business Communities and prospective students of the University of Leicester.

Dr. Annie Babah-Alargi, President of the University of Leicester UK, Alumni Ghana Chapter commented on this event: “A UK education provides an opportunity for higher quality learning that enhances one’s life and career, and creates a viable investment for the future.

The Professorial Lecture promotes continuous learning and networking of UK alumni students in Ghana and ultimately establishes a UK Alumni Association that fosters partnerships and encourages knowledge sharing among members of the various alumni groups”.
