A charter which provides a roadmap to achieve the Ghana Beyond Aid vision, developed by a committee chaired by the Senior Minister, Yaw Osafo Maafo, was presented to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, at the Jubilee House in Accra yesterday.
