The University of Ghana School of Law, in collaboration with the Open Society Global Drug Policy Program and Open Society Initiative for West Africa, is inviting applications from Anglophone West Africa for its intensive 6-day 3rd West Africa Executive Course on Human Rights and Drug Policy to be held at the University of Ghana, Legon on July 25-30, 2016.

A significant moment has arrived in West Africa that cannot be overlooked. At least six countries in the sub-region are currently undergoing constitutional review processes, including Benin, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal and Sierra Leone.
