Bibiani Gold Stars coach Nana Yaw Amankwah has shared positive news about forward Michael Nkoah’s condition ahead of their Ghana Premier League clash with Vision FC on Saturday, October 11.
Nkoah picked up an injury during Gold Stars’ 2-0 defeat to Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium, which forced him to leave the pitch early. The setback initially caused concern among fans, but the coach has provided a reassuring update.
“Michael Nkoah by God's grace they have done the x-ray to look at it is not something that is serious maybe he will wont stay at home for a long time. That is how we are seeing it,” he told Gold Stars TV.
His words brought relief to the Bibiani camp as they prepare for their league fixture.
Bibiani Gold Stars currently sit 8th on the Ghana Premier League table with six points, having won two of their opening three games. Vision FC, their next opponents, are 11th with five points.
Coach Amankwah and his men will look to bounce back strongly from their defeat in Kumasi.
