Kudus assisted and scored as Tottenham Hotspur travelled to Elland Road to beat Leeds United while Semenyo netted a brace and added an assist in Bournemouth comeback win against Fulham.
Their performances earned them a place in the team of the week and will also compete for the accolade for the best player of matchday seven.
Other players nominated for the Player of the Week award are Chelsea's Moises Caicedo, Benjamin Sesko of Manchester United and Arsenal's Declan Rice.
Everton's Jack Grealish, Donyell Malen of Aston Villa and Bruno Guimaraes of Newcastle United are also in contention for the award.
Meanwhile, Semenyo and Kudus have travelled to Morocco to join their Black Stars teammates for the World Cup qualifier against the Central African Republic.
