Baba Iddrisu plays full throttle as Real Mallorca suffer defeat at Villarreal

Ghana midfielder Baba Iddrisu played full throttle as Real Mallorca suffered trheir second defeat on a row since the resumption of La Liga.

The midfielder produced another impressive performance as Mallorca lost 1-0 on the road.

Iddrisu who started from the bench against Barcelona over the weekend was selected to start the game last night by coach Vicente Moreno.

The 24-year old was immense in the middle of the park, winning and distributing balls expertly.

Carlos Bacca scored the only goal of the game in the 16th minute for the Yellow Submarines.

Baba's compatriots Rahman and Lumor Agbenyenu did not make the match day squad.
