Aduana FC have completed the signing of Daouda Ben Sidibe, the former Medeama SC striker, as they continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season.
The Burkinabe international arrives with topflight experience, having previously featured for Medeama where he impressed with his work rate and attacking versatility.
Sidibe’s addition is seen as a major boost for the Ogya Boys, who are aiming to challenge strongly for honors this season.
For the forward, the deal represents a new chapter in his professional career. Aduana believe his experience in the Ghanaian league and international exposure will provide the much-needed firepower to complement their frontline.
The club confirmed that the forward has put pen to paper and will immediately join training as preparations intensify for the campaign. Supporters of Aduana FC will be eager to see how quickly he settles and forms partnerships with their current attacking players.
Sidibe expressed delight at the opportunity, with sources close to the player indicating he is determined to make a big impact in Dormaa. Aduana, who narrowly missed out on last season’s title, are expected to rely on his goals and leadership as they chase silverware once again.
