ECG announces power supply disruption in areas including Akuse and Asutsuare due to maintenance works

The Tema Region of the Electricity Company of Ghana has announced a planned maintenance works on May 11, 2025.

This is contained in a press release sighted by 3news.

“Date: Sunday, 11th May, 2025. Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm,” a portion of the statement indicated.

“Affected areas: Abusuakope, Okwenya, Akorley, Mechanisation, Adukrom Pumping Station, Legacy Girls, Akuse, Asutuare, Golden Exotics, Buk Nam Kin, Shine Field, Volivo, Osuwem, Commandos Military Training Camp, Tee Kwame, Manya Jokpanya, Fresh, Sun City, Glamour Farms, Wildlife, Shai Hills, PW Quarries, Twin Quarries, Eastern Quarries, Derby Quarries, Recycling, Mawu Be Ji Be, Trom, Ogome, Krobo District Office, University For Environment & its environs,” they listed.

“ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise out of this,” ECG stated.
