“Normally when officers have stayed at a particular place for some time, And for program directors, sometimes we allow them to stay long because the become more something, they develop a project proposal development, for which reason, we able to win A lot of projects, and they’re also able to get a lot of stakeholders known to the country.”
He, however entreated the previous occupants of the roles to offer technical support.
“The most important thing that whoever is taking over, I must be qualified. I should have done some public health. Worked at the grassroots. You know the needs of the people down there. Know how to develop proposals. The policies of the country. I don’t know what is happening in the health sector. So normally, what we do is that you, you will let those who are moving out that actually assist those who are coming by way of introduce and. To the stakeholders and also to the nitty gritty support the work and tips,” he explained.
