
The family of the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo, founder of the Kristo Asafo Church, has formally informed Parliament of his passing during a courtesy call on the Speaker, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin.
The visit was to officially notify the Speaker of the Apostle’s demise and to outline plans for the 40-day memorial observance.
The Speaker extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and the Kristo Asafo Church.

He commended the late Apostle for his outstanding contributions to Ghana’s spiritual, industrial, and scientific development.
Mr. Bagbin further encouraged the family to stay united and work together to protect and advance the Apostle’s peaceful legacy and vision for national progress.
Apostle Kwadwo Safo, widely known as the “Star of Africa,” was celebrated for his innovative inventions, commitment to local industry, and efforts to improve lives through technology and faith.
