Vision FC head coach Nana Kweku Agyemang has expressed his dissatisfaction following his team’s 2-2 draw with Heart of Lions over the weekend.
The Tema-based side, competing in Matchday 11 of the league, were held to a stalemate against the league’s second-placed team.
Despite earning a point, Nana Agyemang made it clear that settling for a draw was never his intention.
“I am never content; whether it’s home or away, it doesn’t matter who I am playing with. I don’t train the whole week just so I pick up one point, or I go in and lose a game, never. That’s not my mentality, that’s not how I coach," he said.
“I go into every game thinking I can pick up the three points; otherwise, I will not play man-oriented press against an experienced side like that. I wanted to pick up all three points,” Nana Agyemang added.
Following the draw, Vision FC sit 10th on the league table with 14 points. They will face Hearts of Oak in Matchday 12, seeking a crucial win to climb the standings.
