The 2025/26 Ghana Premier League outstanding fixture between Asante Kotoko and Bibiani Gold Stars has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 8.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) confirmed the date in a notice on X on Monday.
“The outstanding match between the Porcupine Warriors and Miners will be played on Wednesday,” the post shared on the official Ghana Premier League page read.
The match, which was originally scheduled to be played during Week 2 of the new Ghana Premier League campaign, will kick off at 7 pm at Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Wednesday.

The home team, Asante Kotoko, currently sit 11th in the league table after winning one and drawing their other match. The team will be motivated to pick up their second win of the season in midweek to improve their position on the league table.
The away team, Gold Stars, have won both matches this season and will be a tough nut to crack for the Porcupine Warriors.
Currently 6th in the league standings, Gold Stars would break into the top four with a win against Kotoko in the upcoming outstanding match.
