

Eric Ayiah has been nominated for the CAF Youth Player of the Year award.
Black Starlets attacker Eric Ayiah has named among the four finest youngsters on the African continent by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
Ayiah put up a splendid display as Ghana finished runners-up in the Africa U-17 Nations Cup staged in Gabon and also emerged as the top scorer of the tournament.
He was also part of the Black Starlets team who were knocked out of the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup by Mali at the quarter finals stage

Eric Ayiah’s effort throughout the year has been given a recognition by CAF as he earned a place in the final four shortlists for the CAF Youth Player of the Year.
The rest are Senegal's Krepin Diatta and Patson Daka of Zambia and Austrian side FC Liefering.
Mali starlet Salam Giddou of Guidars who starred at the 2017 FIFA U17 World Cup finals completes the cast.
The winner at the announced at the Awards Gala which will take place on Thursday, 4 January 2018 in Accra, Ghana.
