

The interim Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Asiamah Yeboah, who made the disclosure at the University’s maiden matriculation, said six were dismissed for examination malpractices while eight were sacked for entering the university with falsified results.
At least 14 students of the Kumasi Technical University have been sacked for examination malpractices and entering the university with fake results.
The interim Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Asiamah Yeboah, who made the disclosure at the University’s maiden matriculation, said six were dismissed for examination malpractices while eight were sacked for entering the university with falsified results.
A student, who had E8 and F9 in English Language and core Mathematics respectively in the WASSCE, falsified them to read C4 in both subjects.
The sacked students were in levels 200 and 300 respectively.
