Ghanaian musician, Trigmatic has ventured into agriculture with a new campaign called “Grow Ghana, Eat Ghana”.
The one time Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Rapper of the Year said the move is to promote agriculture to the youth of the country.
In an interview, he said: “In order to show seriousness and commitment, I started a rice farm last year with the aim of encouraging young farmers and my followers to start looking in the area of agriculture.
"This will be my second year in farming and the target is to scale up our operations increase our yield this year.”
Trigmatic’s 4 acre rice farm is at Ahwire Nkwanta in the Western Region in the Shama District.
