

The Black Stars coach has handed a late call-up to Hearts of Oak winger Thomas Abbey to the senior national male football team 'B' of Ghana
Thomas Abbey has been invited to the Black Stars 'B' by the head coach of the senior national male football team of Ghana.
Abbey was snubbed by Kwesi Appiah when he named his 31-man squad to start preparation for the African Nations Championship, (CHAN) qualifiers.

However, the Hearts of Oak skipper continued to impress and added two more goals to increase his goal tally to seven (7) making him the club's top scorer after the first half of the season and just a goal behind the leading top scorer Nicholas Gyan of Ebusua Dwarfs who is on eight (8) goals.
HIS display against Liberty Professionals has triggered Kwesi Appiah to rescind his decision and has therefore handed him a late call-up to the camp the camp of the Black Stars 'B'.
