Accra Hearts of Oak will take on Kpando Heart of Lions in the 2025 Gbese Mantse Homowo Peace Charity Cup at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The Charity Cup is part of the activities lined up to celebrate this year’s Homowo festival to promote peace and unity in the Ga state.
The pre-season clash will afford fans of both teams to have a look at their newly recruited players and will also serve as a dress rehearsal for the upcoming GHALCA Top 4 and the league season.
Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, is bracing himself to retain the trophy Hearts of Oak won last year via an 8-7 penalty victory after a 1-1 drawn game in regulation time.
Rates for the game have been pegged at GH¢200 for VVIP, GH¢100 for VIP, and GH¢20 for Centre Line, with Popular Stands going for GH¢5.00 and GH¢10.00, respectively
