NDC parliamentary candidate embarks on health screening in his constituency

Hon. Eng Yao Gomado, the Parliamentary Candidate for NDC in Akan Constituency has supported individuals from different walks of life within the Oti Region and the constituency to have free eyes screening and surgery.

The eyes screening and medication exercise which completed on 22nd of this month has since referred some individuals for surgery at the St.Josepth Hospital in Nkwanta south constituency.

The Parliamentary Candidate has since transported the said individuals to the hospital for surgery.

About 200 individuals from Akan constituency were amongst those that had surgery.

This exercise has covered about 20 communities within the Constituency.

This is the first of it's kind in the Constituency.
