Lynx Christmas Concert: Okyeame Kwame brings back old memories with 'Woso’ song

High-life legend, Okyeame Kwame “fired up” the audience gathered at the LYNX Christmas concert held in Accra yesterday when he pulled up “Wo So”, one of his greatest hits produced in the late 90’s on stage.

It became no surprise as the crowd sang and danced along to the song which they had missed or perhaps given them memories from the past.

‘Woso’, was a smash hit produced by C.E.O of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah and it was among few songs which dominated the airwaves during that period.

The track has been relatable and good that even after so many years after its release, music lovers still enjoy dancing to it.

Also worth mentioning is the fact that this particular song popularised an aspect of rap music called crunk which became very dominant at the time.
