Medikal’s ‘Omo Ada’ earns number 2 spot on BBC Radio 1Xtra

Like we said in a previous article, Ghanaian rapper Medikal is having the time of his career. He recently bagged the Hiphop/Hiplife Artiste of the Year and Rapper of the Year awards at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and just yesterday, it emerged that MDK has won Muse Africa’s 2019 first quarter top most honors for Artiste of the Quarter at Muse Bangerz of the Quarter 2019.

On June 7, Muse Africa will throw a party to announce and reward over fourteen (14) artiste (winners) of the 2019 first edition Bangerz of the Quarter.

Some of the winners includes, Medikal, JDerobie, DJ Vyrusky, Opanka, Kofi Mole, Frequency, Becca, Eshun, Kofi Kinaata, Unkle Beats, Gospel sensation Qwame Gaby and Fokn Bois.

Adding to his accolade and his hard work, his trending ‘Omo Ada’ which features Shatta Wale and Fella Makafui, has earned a spot on on BBC Radio 1Xtra Top 5 Songs.

Medikal is just second to a rapper from Kenya called Rabbit King.
