
The Ghana FA Normalization Committee will soon announce that the Reds have to pay a sum of $5,000 for failing to attend the post-match press conference after their Match Day 2 encounter with the Mauves.
Footballmadeinghana.com understands a decision has been taken on the action of Asante Kotoko for breaching Article 22 of the Competition Rules which talks about post-match Press Conference and the decision will be communicated to the Reds very soon.
Article 22 of the Normalization Committee Special Competition states that
“It shall be mandatory for a club to present their coach and a player for a post-match press conference after every match. Any club which contravenes this provision shall pay a fine of at least ?5000 …”
