Abdul Fatawu Issahaku flew to Ghana to attend the Tidal Rave concert during the November international break.
The Leicester City forward was left out of Ghana's squad for the games against Japan and South Korea despite being fit.
While the Black Stars were in Seoul preparing for the match against South Korea, the winger made a surprise appearance at the event held in Accra on Saturday. Issahaku arrived in an expensive sea blue Ferrari with his bodyguards.
His appearance at the Tidal Rave left many fans unhappy, with some describing it as disrespectful.
The show headlined by Nigeria's Ayra Star saw thrilling performances from some of Ghana favourite music stars including Black Sherif and Shatta Wale.
Although, it is unclear why he is in Ghana, the Leicester City star is expected to return to England to join his teammates for preparations ahead of the resumption of club football on Friday.
Issahaku has had a decent start to the season in the English Championship, scoring three goals and delivering three assists in 15 games.
