Egyptian coach Ahmed Fathy says he unfazed by calls for his dismissal from Swedru All Blacks amid their poor start to the Ghana Premier League campaign.
The Swedru-based side has been unimpressive under the 39-year-old gaffer, recording two wins, two draws and six defeats from the initial 10 matches.
Ahmed Fathy has reportedly fallen out of favour with the club’s hierarchy and fans after supervising a dismal beginning to life in the current campaign.
Swedru All Blacks have managed a paltry eight points and are currently lying in the relegation drop on the league log.
As a results, some aggrieved fans of the club has resorted to protesting against the coach and want him sacked with immediate effect.
Speaking after his outfit stalemate against Hearts of Oak, the Egyptian gaffer responded to calls for his sacking in a relaxed mood.
“I’m just doing my job as head coach of the club if they sack me I’m fine” he said.
Meanwhile, former Nations FC coach Kasim Ocansey Mingle has reportedly emerged as the leading candidate for the Swedru All Blacks coaching job.
