Ghana international Princess Marfo says she is eager to make her second debut for Danish club FC Nordsjaelland after sealing a return from Bay FC in the United States.
The Black Queens forward, who previously made 46 appearances for the club between 2022 and 2023, believes she is coming back more experienced and ready to contribute even more to the team.
“It’s been a hectic year and a half, but I’ve learned an incredible amount about myself, become more mature, and gained a patience I perhaps didn’t have before,” Marfo said.
“I’m looking forward to getting started and seeing all our fans at Right to Dream Park.”
Marfo, a graduate of the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, first broke through at Nordsjaelland before earning her move to the National Women’s Soccer League.
Her stint in the U.S. not only honed her game but also strengthened her place in the Black Queens squad.
She represented Ghana at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, where the Black Queens finished third after defeating South Africa in the play-off.
