Black Stars midfielder Kwasi Sibo has declared that the playing body will give everything possible to secure qualification to the 2026 World Cup.
The four-time African champions got their qualifiers back on track with a 1-0 win against Mali after a disappointing 1-1 draw against Chad in the Matchday 7 and 8 games in the September international window.
With Ghana sitting at the top of Group I with 19 points, Otto Addo and his charges will need a win to seal their qualification for the Mundial, which will be hosted in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
“We have to give our all to make the dream of 2026 World Cup qualification a reality. That’s what Ghanaians expect of us," the 25-year-old told Graphic Sports.
The Black Stars will take on Central African Republic and Comoros in the final round of games in the qualifiers scheduled for October.
Ghana has featured in the 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2022 World Cups in Germany, South Africa, Brazil and Qatar, respectively.
