Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani is keen on a strong start to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians are set to take on newly-promoted side Hohoe United FC on Matchday 1 of the new league season on Friday, September 10.
Speaking in a pre-match interview, Coach Didi Dramani described the opponent as a strong side but backed his team to do enough to secure all three points at the end of the contest.
“They have always been strong. They are an organised side that have put in a lot in Division One. They come with formidability, they come with fairness in terms of new recruits, and they have very good technical brains, so it gives you the idea that it’s going to be a tough encounter, very uncompromising. We will try to win the spaces, bring our identity to play in this encounter,” Coach Didi Dramani told Hearts TV.
The league opener between Hearts of Oak and Hohoe United is scheduled to kick off at 7 pm at Accra Sports Stadium.
Meanwhile, the highly-rated tactician has stressed that his target for Hearts of Oak in the 2025/26 football season is to lead the team to compete very well in all competitions.
