Ghana forward Mohammed Kudus has backed Tottenham Hotspur to return to winning ways right after the September international break.
The Black Stars talisman was in action for Spurs on Saturday when the team lost 1-0 to AFC Bournemouth in their Week 3 encounter in the 2024/25 English Premier League season.
Speaking in a post-match interview, Mohammed Kudus argued that the international break has come at a good time.
He believes the break will give players the chance to return with a fresh mindset to power the team to enjoy a good run.
“I think after the loss today, it's good to get our way to refresh our minds and then come back fresh again,” Kudus said.
Meanwhile, the forward is looking forward to playing for Ghana in the upcoming matches against Chad and Mali in the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“I think playing for your country is also a massive part of us being players, representing your nation. So, it's very, very important to me,” Kudus shared.
The Black Stars travel to N'Djamena to play Chad on September 4 before hosting Mali in Accra four days later.
