Karela United are close to completing the signing of winger Kwabena Adu Meider, who is currently in Sunyani to finalize a move to the club.
The 22-year-old wide man, who previously played for Nsoatreman FC and Legon Cities, is expected to put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Pride and Passion side ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season.
Meider had been strongly linked with a move to Hearts of Oak earlier in the transfer window, but reports suggest that the deal has now collapsed, paving the way for Karela United to swoop in.
Known for his pace and creativity on the wings, Meider is seen as a major addition to Karela’s attacking options as they seek to strengthen their squad for the 2025/26 campaign.
