Osei Kwaku Bonsu signs contract extension with Spartak Subotica
Ghanaian forward Osei Kwaku Bonsu has signed a contract extension with Serbian SuperLiga side Spartak Subotica, committing his future to the club beyond 2026.The 24-year-old's previous deal was set to expire in 2026, but the club has moved quickly to secure his services for an extended period following a solid campaign. Last season, Bonsu featured in 20 matches and scored three goals, playing a key role in the teams attacking setup.Bonsu began his professional career in Slovakia with FK Senica, where he scored on his league debut against ilina on 8 December 2019. He later moved to Venezuela, signing for Caracas FC before the 2020 season. During his time there, he netted 17 goals and delivered 15 assists in over 80 appearances.In the 20222023 European winter transfer window, he made the switch to Serbia, joining Spartak Subotica. Since then, he has gradually established himself as a dependable member of the squad.The contract renewal is seen as a vote of confidence from the club, with expectations that Bonsu will continue to grow and make a stronger impact in the upcoming season.
