Black Queens midfielder Jenifer Cudjoe has set an audacious target to reach the final of 2024 Womens African Cup of Nations.Ghana has yet to annex the covetous trophy despite competing in the tournament on several occasions. And speaking in an interview, Cudjoe reiterated desire to reach the final with the Black Queens.This is my first WAFCON. I have been dreaming of it so its a privilege for me being here, knowing very well that my family and people back home are watching me. Im looking forward to giving my best to the team at the tournament, and getting to the final will be a great achievement for me she said.Meanwhile, the Black Queens had a sloppy start to the tournament being held in Morocco after succumbing to a 2-0 defeat in the opening game against South Africa.In a high-stake clash on Friday, Ghana will lock horns with Mali in Group C at the Stade Municipal de Berkane, as both teams will be yearning for maximum points.On the back of a defeat against South Africa, the Black Queens will be hoping for a victory to revive their chances at the tournament.
