The other two accused persons, Francis Friday and Linus Agwazie, pleaded not guilty.

Subsequently, on July 23, 2025, the cases of Friday and Agwazie were heard at Circuit Court 3 in Kumasi where both were found guilty.
They were sentenced to eight years in hard labour. The sentences were to run concurrently.
