Veteran Ghanaian actress, Belinda Naa Ode Oku popularly known as Adwoa Smart has expressed appreciation for her distinct physical form.
Speaking in a recent interview, Adwoa Smart revealed that she is happy with the way God created her.
The actress, well known for her memorable performance in the television series “Obra,” believes that her diminutive stature has contributed massively to her successful career.
“I am very happy with the way God created me…Maybe if he hadn’t created me like this, I wouldn’t be a superstar,” she noted in an interview on Citi TV.
With much elation, the veteran actress shared a personal anecdote about her early days selling at Circle, where her unique appearance attracted customers and even led other sellers to hire her to draw attention to their goods.
“I sell…people buy my goods just because of my unique appearance…It got to a point other sellers were hiring me just to sit behind their goods so that my attention attracts people to buy from them,” she added.
Known in real life as Belinda Naa Ode Oku, Adwoa Smart advised,” Irrespective of how God created you, be content… He has a purpose for doing that”.
