The head coach of Bechem United, Kobina Amissah, has expressed his satisfaction with the point earned from their goalless draw against Medeama SC in the Ghana Premier League.
The coach and his Hunters locked horns with the Yellow and Mauves on Saturday in a Week 11 fixture of the 2025/26 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign.
In a game played at TnA Stadium, both teams put up a good performance but failed to find the back of the net, resulting in a stalemate that meant the points were shared one apiece.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Kobina Amissah indicated that although Bechem United wanted all three points, taking a point is also good for the team.
“I think the point is good for us. We need to make sure we continue like that,” the Bechem United coach said.
He added, “Today, we wanted to win because they tagged us as underdogs. But for us, we wanted to win.”
Up next for Bechem United, the team will play at home during Week 12 when they take on Hohoe United.
