Bibiani Gold Stars defender Kelvin Oppong is prepared to help his team fight for all three points when they face Nations FC on Sunday.
The player believes they have worked hard to fix their struggles when playing away.
Oppong opened up about the team’s mindset and how they want to change their record outside Bibiani. He explained that they have talked as a group and are ready to show improvement when they travel to Abrankese.
"If you look at this season the home is good for us but away is not good we have sat down we have done a meeting and concluded that our away is not good. So this time around we have prepared ourselves well to go and take all the points," he told Bibiani Goldstars TV
Gold Stars head into this Week 11 fixture with renewed energy. They have picked up 19 points so far and kept three clean sheets in their last five matches. Their away form, however, remains a worry as they have failed to win in their last four trips.
Both teams have drawn in their past two meetings in Abrankese. Gold Stars hope this time will be different when they line up at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
