Medeama head coach Ibrahim Tanko is calling on the club’s supporters to fill the TNA Stadium and push the team to victory this weekend.
He believes the bond between the team and the fans can make the difference as they face a tough Bechem United side on Saturday.
Tanko praised the loyal fans who have followed Medeama on the road in recent matches, helping the team secure a hard-fought 2-1 win over Eleven Wonders in their last outing. But he feels the players need even stronger backing when they return home.
"Yes, I think we are doing this thing together. I mean they are our backbones and like I said these three games that they follow us we have five out of nine and now playing home not only them I am sure that a lot of supporters will come and watch the guys playing home this weekend. So we hope to see them and fully so that the players will have more confidence to to get the three points," he told Medeama TV.
Medeama will host Bechem United on Saturday at 3:00 pm, and Tanko hopes the noise in Tarkwa will drive his team to another important win.
