The head coach of Nations FC, Kassim Mingle Ocansey, rued missed chances on Sunday after his team drew with FC Samartex in their Week 3 fixture of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
In the game played at Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, both teams fought for the win but failed to find the back of the net.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Kassim Mingle argued that his team gave it their all, but it was just not enough to earn the three points.
“We did our best, but our best was not enough to get the three points. We had some few chances that we could have converted. Although they blocked the defense and the midfield, we were still able to penetrate. It’s only the finishing that we couldn’t finish,” the Nations FC coach said.
Looking forward to his team’s Week 4 clash against Medeama SC, Kassim Mingle is confident that his attackers will find their scoring boots to secure victory.
That match is scheduled to be played on Saturday, October 5, at the TnA Stadium.
