Yahaya Mohammed's sensational hat-trick catapulted Aduana Stars to a comfortable 4-0 win over Inter Allies on Sunday in their Ghana Premier League opener.
The Black Stars B icon displayed quality goal scoring instinct at the Agyemang Badu I Park on Sunday to send strong signals about his efficacy.
His opener was in the 14th minute when he scored typical Yahaya Mohammed goal by heading home the opener which dazed the visitors.
Four minutes later, the talisman grabbed his personal second and doubled the lead for reigning league champions.
Allies put the ball into the net on 28 minutes but it was ruled offside.
Evans Osei sent a long one for striker Alex Aso to head home but the latter was in an offside position.
The visitors came close again just before the break when Hashmin Musah jumped the highest to head inches wide from a corner kick.
In the second half, Aduana were still dominant and 27 minutes after re-start Mohammed fired home with his right foot to all but confirm victory for the Fire Boys.
On the 90th minute mark, Justice Anane fired home to put the icing on the cake for a well deserved win.
The last time the two teams met in Dormaa in a league match, Mohammed netted four goals in the 6-0 drubbing.
The win will be a perfect gift for the Life Patron and club owner Nana Agyemang Badu I who is celebrating his 25th anniversary as paramount chief of the Dormaa Traditional Area.
