Hearts of Oak have begun assessing winger Kwabena Adu Meider, who is currently training with the club for a possible move ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The former Nsoatreman FC and Legon Cities attacker has been without a club since leaving Nsoatreman and is now looking to revive his career with one of Ghana’s biggest teams.
Adu Meider is known for his pace and ability to take on defenders, qualities Hearts of Oak are keen to add to their attacking options as they rebuild for the upcoming campaign.
Sources close to the club indicate that the 26-year-old is determined to impress head coach Aboubakar Ouattara and his technical team during training sessions.
Should he secure a deal, Adu Meider will add depth to a Hearts squad that is undergoing significant restructuring after last season’s struggles.
Hearts of Oak are currently preparing for the Homowo Cup clash against Heart of Lions on Sunday, August 17, before turning full focus to the start of the Premier League in September. Adu Meider will be eager to use this trial period to prove he can play a key role in the Phobians’ resurgence.
