Hohoe United are in advanced negotiations to secure the services of Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Kwesi Nketiah on loan ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The Volta Region-based club are keen to strengthen their squad as they prepare for life in the top-flight and see the 23-year-old shot stopper as a promising addition. Nketiah made only three appearances for the Phobians last season, spending much of the campaign either on the bench or omitted from the matchday squad.
However, Hearts of Oak are reportedly demanding that the goalkeeper signs a contract extension before sanctioning the temporary move.
Talks between the two clubs are progressing well, and a deal is likely to be finalised once outstanding contractual issues are settled.
The move would offer Nketiah a fresh opportunity for regular playing time while providing Hohoe United with a goalkeeper eager to prove himself at the highest level.
