Serbian SuperLiga club OFK Beograd have completed the signing of Ghanaian striker Henry Addo on a season-long loan from Israeli champions Maccabi Tel Aviv ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
The 22-year-old forward joins the Belgrade-based side intending to earn regular playing time and further developing his game.
Addo arrives in Serbia following a productive season in Israel, where he played a key role in Maccabi Tel Aviv’s successful title-winning run.
Despite starting the 2024/25 season on a slow note, he bounced back strongly to make 15 league appearances, scoring once and contributing several key performances in attack.
Addo also impressed on the European stage, scoring two goals in nine UEFA Europa League appearances.
His performances demonstrated his growing maturity and ability to perform under pressure, making him a valuable addition for Beograd as they look to strengthen their forward line.
Before moving to Israel, Addo played for Slovakian outfit MSK Zilina after rising through the ranks at Zilina Africa in Ghana.
His journey reflects a steady progression through European football, and this latest move represents another opportunity for growth.
Beograd will be hoping that Addo’s pace, work ethic, and continental experience will add bite to their attacking options as they prepare for a competitive season.
