Effective Friday February 15, 2019, Ghana’s alternative to cheaper and comfortable domestic air travels operator, PassionAir will begin its unique service dubbed the “Early Bird” flights from Kumasi to Accra.
The Early Bird flights which has been scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, is designed specially to cater for potential and existing passengers in Kumasi, who need to reach the capital, Accra before 8am, hassle-free.
Speaking to Ultimate Business in Kumasi, over the weekend, Sales and Marketing Manager for PassionAir, Samuel Razak Tachie reiterated that the Early Bird operation was borne out of satisfying customers’ demands and also providing unmatched air travel experience.
“The Early Bird flight essentially is to give the Kumasi populace the privilege of getting to Accra much earlier than we currently have.”
“The aircraft departs Kumasi at 7am, so our customers can get to Accra much earlier than the current schedule allows. This means you can touch down in Accra latest by 7.40am; so that if you have a meeting in Accra at 8.30am, you can get there much earlier than that.”
Mr. Tachie further explained: “Kumasi is our main market in Ghana and you know some people might want to say it is competition. I wouldn’t doubt that, but at the end of the day, we make our business from giving the customer what they want.”
“The Early Bird is something that customers have been asking for and we think this is the right time to give them the opportunity to enjoy this service. As long as PassionAir is in operations, the Early Bird is going to be in existence. We’re going to be flying 7am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays”, the PassionAir Sales and Marketing Manager assured.
He also touched briefly on some promotions being run by PassionAir for the month of February and beyond.
These include “It Takes Two, Bringing People Together, Connecting People and PassionAir Loves Pets”.
He explained that with the It Takes Two promo, 2 people, irrespective of gender, race, status, religion among others, get to enjoy a 50 per cent discount off the partner’s ticket, whereas buying one at a full price.
This offer lasts ends on February 28, as the world celebrates the month of February as the month of love.
On the Bringing People Together, a group of 4 to 9 people will enjoy a huge discount if they purchase their tickets together as a group.
