As part of its commitment to delivering great experience to customers, Vodafone has sought to spread its wings again as the telecoms giant has opened a new shop at the Kumasi Mall on the 18th of January 2019.
By this move, customers who will be engaged in activities of the mall will have first-hand contact and attention from Vodafone for all their telecommunication needs.
Speaking at the opening, Yolanda Cuba, Chief Executive of Vodafone Ghana indicated that having its footprints at the Kumasi City Mall is a customer driven strategic move.
She explained, “It is no secret that putting the customer first in this very competitive telecoms landscape yields excellent results. Our visibility at the Kumasi shopping mall is one of the many avenues we are deploying to ensure we are always leading the way.”
In an exclusive interview with Ultimate Fm’s Richlove Acheampong, the retail operations manager for Ashanti and Northern region Mr. Ebenezer Nyarko was positive their presence at the mall places Vodafone at an advantaged position to attract more customers
“In order to increase their presence to their valued customers and Kumasi shop mall is would be a great venue to capture more customers,” he added.
Mr. Ebenezer Nyarko assured that their commitment has remained unchanged over the years and they would continue to provide unmatched experience for their customers.
The shop is also fully functional with a live experience zone where customers can explore and engage in quick transactions. Meanwhile, Vodafone is planning to increase its retail shops across the country to leverage on greater visibility and prominence.
