The year 2018 started on a good note with many mainstream and up and coming artistes dropping a bunch of records in the first month.

2018 kick-started with a straight banger from one of Ghana’s favourite rappers, Sarkodie, followed by Afro-Dancehall genius Stonebwoy and an unexpected international collaboration by Lynx Entertainment label frontrunner, MzVee.

The beginning of the year saw a surprise hit from Tamale’s biggest rapper, Maccasio, and an unexpected comeback from Ahkan of Ruff N Smooth fame.

Shatta Wale’s baby-mama, Shatta Michy pulled a surprise with an Afrobeats banger and we saw another surprise single from 576 Muzik label’s frontrunner, Pam.
