However, the beleaguered Minister who also doubles as the Member of Parliament for Navrongo believes he has really performed since he was appointed just over a year ago.
In an interview on Starr FM, he said: “I have been effective as a Minister of Sanitation.”
He bemoaned the lack of patience of some of the citizenry in their expectations for a clean Accra.

He assured that “The overnight solution people are expecting to get from the Sanitation Ministry will not happen just like that. It will take some time”.
Hon Adda has also been summoned by Parliament to come answer questions on the water rationing going on in some parts of Ghana.
