

There is a popular saying that coaches are hired to be fired and most trainers the world over are not new to sacking.
Pulse sports has compiled all the Ghanaians who saw their coaches lose their jobs in the year 2017.
Frank de Boer- Jeffrey Schlupp
Jeffrey Schlupp's Crystal Palace manager Frank de Boer was sacked after five games and 77 days in charge.
The Eagles were at the time of his sack 19th in the Premier League after losing 1-0 at Burnley- and failed to score in their four league matches under De Boer.
He was replaced by former England boss Roy Hodgson
Craig Shakespeare- Daniel Amartey
Claudio Ranieri was the head coach of Leicester City before his assist Shakespeare replaced him last season.
He helped the troubled-laden champions to survive in the Premier league, but it was just the matter of time for things to return to the way Shakespeare met the club when the 2017-18 season began and in the end he had to be sacrificed.
Hence Daniel Amartey in back to back season has seen his manager’s appointment at Leicester City terminated.

Andre Ayew- Slaven Bilic
The Croatian was the one who signed Andre Ayew from Swansea City last season. Before the Ghanaian attacking midfielder joined the Hammers, Bilic had guided the team to a respectable place on the league log and even qualified for the UEFA Europa League, but they struggled last season.
West Ham United’s woes continued this season with Bilic as the coach and after losing 0-4 at home to Liverpool the Croat was shown the exit door by the board of the club.
He has been replaced by former Manchester United coach David Moyes and all of a sudden, the team is back to winning ways.
Paul Clement-Jordan Ayew
Jordan Ayew’s Swansea City was sacked by the powers there be at the Welsh side after the club found themselves languishing in the drop zone all season long.
Lucas Alcaraz-Mubarak Wakaso
Mubarak Wakaso’s coach at Granada, who was in his third spell in charge of club was sacked in the wake of their 3-1 defeat at home to Valencia in April which left them stuck in the bottom two of La Liga last season.
He was replaced by former Arsenal legend Tony Adams, but it was too little too late for Granada to find their mojo to beat relegation.
