Politics: Former president of Ghana seems to have fallen in love with Kenya

Here is a list of activities that has got Mahama glued in the East African country.

Kenya seems to be the new haven for Ghana's former president John Dramani Mahama after the presidency.

John Dramani Mahama has had an eventful few months following his loss in the 2016 elections despite his advantage as the incumbent.

After losing out, he has found developed much love for Kenya's governance.

 

Apparently, he was made to head the 15-member Commonwealth Observer Mission to monitor the East African country’s  general elections.

Although Kenya's elections had its own glitches, the country has now sworn in a new leadership to steer the affairs of the country.

After the elections, Mahama seems to have fallen in love with the country.

Mahama visits Kenya's Maasai Mara

As part of his visit to the country, ex-President Mahama spent some time at one of Kenya's tourist sites - The Maasai Mara - to discover the lovely Kenyan Game Reserve, renowned for large populations of leopards, lions, Cheetahs, and Zebras.

It was a relaxing moment for the ex-president as he enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the company of some military officials.

Mahama advises Raila Odinga to go to court

Kenya's general election was not all smooth. The first polls saw a rejection by the supreme court when after Raila Odinga legally challenged the results. Mahama actually advised Raila to seek court action over his when he was unsatisfied with the results.
