Tic Tac walked off the set of GhToday on Gh One TV during his interview with Baisiwa Dowuona-Hammond after seeing Shatta Wale’s music video being played.
Ghanaian rap artiste Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah, popular known as Tic Tac has finally explained why he walked out of a live TV interview Friday morning.
Tic Tac walked off the set of GhToday on Gh One TV during his interview with Baisiwa Dowuona-Hammond after seeing Shatta Wale’s music video being played.
“Are we showing Shatta’s video? because I’m talking about him? I have new videos that we show be showing,” asked a visibly disappointed Tic Tac. “We cannot show Shatta’s video while I’m here talking about him. I didn’t come here to promote Shatta Wale,” added the rapper as he walked off set.

Explaining his decision to walk out, Tic Tac said he was addressing his friction with Shatta Wale but the latter's music videos were given too much airtime and that he's not his public relations officer so he chose to walk out.
“I was addressing my issue with Shatta Wale. I said he (Shatta Wale) is not God, he is breathing air, and that is a gift from Jehovah God, so when God takes it that’s it so he doesn’t control his life and he can’t control mine and that’s what he should learn.”
"I turned away and realised Shatta Wale's video was being played so I decided to walk out because I am not his PRO. I have about three videos but were not played".
