A 23-year-old Indian man has broken the Guinness Book of World Records after he was able to stuff 459 straws into his mouth without the use of hands to keep them together.

According to UPI.com he was only allowed to use elastic bands to keep the straws together.
Maharana has taken the tittle from its previous holder, Simon Elmore from Britain who also forced 400 straws into his mouth at an event in Germany.
Guinness has confirmed that the 23-year-old man has beaten the previous record.
