

Terry Bonchaka met his untimely death in a fatal accident on the Legon-Madina road in Accra when his car veered off the road and hit a tree.
Fourteen years after hiplife musician Terry Bonchaka was killed in a fatal car crash, manager of the late artiste, Reagan Mends has revealed that he knew he wouldn’t surpass 30 years.
According to him, he knew the late showbiz icon was going to die young.

Terry Bonchaka met his untimely death in a fatal accident on the Legon-Madina road in Accra when his car veered off the road and hit a tree.
He was confirmed dead at the 37 Military Hospital.
The then hip-life star real name Terrence Nii Okang Mensah Adjetey and a former student of Adisadel college was only 21 years when he died after performing at the Akuafo hall week celebrations at the University of the Ghana, Legon through a motor accident.
Speaking on Accra-based Peace FM, Reagan Mends said "Terry and I use to get near fatal accidents than what killed him. I can remember one of those numerous near fatal accidents in Kumasi at the Bantama roundabout when our car skidded off the road and run into the roundabout. The accident was so gruesome that all the shafts of the car were broken but we survived unhurt... prior to that accident, our car tires got flatted 4 continuous times...the following day, we took another car and our tire flatted four times again before we got to Accra."

He added that "immediately we got to Accra, I called my mum and told her considering what we going through, I'm having the feeling that certain evil forces are revolving around us and thus Terry wouldn’t surpass 30 years..I knew Terry was going to die young."
